  Mailed a less than 1 lb box there for first time. Cost me almost $10! I knew that didn't sound right. She said it was same as post office. WRONG! I wanted it mailed, so paid. But checked with USPS and would have been only $6.72 at my local post office! They must be able to mark up 50% on mailing! Learned my lesson....

  What an upbeat store! Really efficient and so much more helpful than the old man at the Post Office. Very pleasant young man, who helped carry my packages from the parking lot for me. They are just a fun bunch of people. Thanks

  This place is a rip off! The mailbox rentals are way more expensive than other UPS stores in the area. When I asked the old lady that owns it how come, she tried to say she costs the same as another store which was a lie because I also rent a box at said other store.

  The manager was one of the rudest people I have ever met. She was upset because I wanted some copies made on card stock. Her attitude was terrible. I left and went to Fed Ex on N Sullivan. Great people and very helpful.

  If I wanted my package I spent alot of money being sent somewhere else I'd have it sent there to start with. Now I have to wait another day because it was decided for me that it would be shipped to this store and I'd have to wait another day.
